RDMC-RX V4.5.0 has now been officially released and is available for download and use to registered customers. This latest version of RX introduces the latest in VNC based remote control technology named Ultra-VNC. Ultra-VNC enhances the RX functionality by adding support for Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008. Additonally Ultra-VNC provides an encrypted and secure remote control session ensuring risk free remote support. For the simplest and fastest deployment, configuration and operation of an enterprise remote control solution RDMC-RX V4.5.0 delivers a complete solution. For existing RDMC Enterprise Management customers RX V4.5.0 is a free upgrade and will be installed as part of RDMC V7.1.81 (or greater) so please check for updates through your management console.

RDMC V7 has now been officially launched and is available for general download and use. After many years of intense development RDMC V7 delivers a rich and easy to use set of enterprise management features that has been primarily driven by the field experiences of V6. Such features include a new one-touch configuration process that ensures complete configuration, discovery, inventory collection and client deployment in a matter of minutes. The RDMC Enterprise Management System has also made it to the WAITTA finals under the product category. SOESoft submitted both the SOE Framework (Innovation) and the RDMC Enterprise Management System (Product) with both making the finals. This marks an exciting time for SOESoft with the pending release of RDMC V7 set for the end of January. As with the SOE framework a thirty minute presentation will be performed during the next week to determine the overall winner.
